Report bugs, request features, or send feedback directly within TeeckIn.
Overview
TeeckIn has a built-in support system. You can report bugs, request features, or send feedback without leaving the app. We read every submission and respond directly through the same interface.
Accessing Support
- 1Click Help & Feedback in the sidebar (or navigation menu)
- 2You'll see three options: Report a Bug, Request a Feature, Send Feedback
- 3Below that, you'll see any previous submissions you've made
Reporting a Bug
Found something that isn't working? The bug report wizard guides you through providing the information we need to fix it quickly.
- 1Click Report a Bug
- 2Select which area of the app the bug is in (Timer, Calendar, etc.)
- 3Describe what you were trying to do
- 4Describe what happened instead
- 5List the steps to reproduce the issue
- 6Rate the severity and optionally attach screenshots
- 7Submit the report

We automatically include your browser version and app version to help diagnose the issue.
Requesting a Feature
Have an idea to make TeeckIn better? We love hearing from users.
- 1Click Request a Feature
- 2Enter a short title for your idea
- 3Describe the feature in detail - how it would work and why it would help
- 4Submit the request
The more detail you provide, the better we can understand your needs. Tell us about your workflow and how the feature would fit into it.

Want to share general thoughts, compliments, or suggestions that don't fit the other categories?
- 1Click Send Feedback
- 2Enter a subject
- 3Write your message
- 4Submit
We read every piece of feedback. Even if we don't respond to everything, feedback helps shape our roadmap.
Tracking Your Submissions
All your submissions appear on the Help & Feedback page. You can:
- Filter by type - View only bugs, features, or feedback
- See status - Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed
- Check for responses - Unread replies show a notification badge
- Continue conversations - Click a ticket to view the full thread

When we respond to your submission:
- 1You'll see a notification badge on your ticket
- 2Click the ticket to view the response
- 3Type your reply in the message box at the bottom
- 4Optionally attach more screenshots
- 5Click Send
Note
Tips for Effective Bug Reports
- Be specific - "Timer doesn't work" is less helpful than "Timer shows 0:00 after I click Start on the Website project"
- Include steps - List exactly what you did, in order
- Mention what you expected - We might not know what you thought should happen
- Attach screenshots - A picture is worth a thousand words
- Note if it's consistent - Does it happen every time or only sometimes?
