Common Issues

Before You Contact Support

Try these quick fixes that resolve most issues:

Refresh the page

Press Cmd/Ctrl + R or click the refresh button. Many display issues are resolved by reloading.

Check your internet connection

TeeckIn works offline, but some features require connectivity. Look for the offline indicator in the sidebar.

Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. This helps identify browser-specific problems.

Clear your browser cache

Go to browser settings and clear cached data for teeckin.com. Then log in again.

Check if TeeckIn is down

Visit our status page to see if there's a known outage affecting the service.

Getting Help

If you can't find a solution in our documentation, here's how to get support:

In-App Support

Click your profile picture, then 'Support' to send a message directly to our team. Include as much detail as possible about the issue.

Email Support

Email support@teeckin.com with your account email and a description of the problem. We respond within 24 hours.

Include These Details

When contacting support, please include:
  • Your account email
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Browser and device you're using
  • Screenshots if applicable

Known Limitations

Some things TeeckIn doesn't support yet:

  • Multiple simultaneous timers — You can only have one active timer at a time
  • Time entries spanning multiple days — Entries are split at midnight automatically
  • Recurring invoices — Invoices must be created manually each billing cycle
  • Calendar integrations — No Google/Outlook calendar sync yet
