1. Scope
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of paid subscriptions and services from TeeckIn. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms in addition to our .
2. Pricing
TeeckIn offers the following subscription plans:

- - 30-day history
- - 1 export per month
- - Unlimited clients
- - Up to 3 organizations
- - Unlimited history
- - Unlimited exports
- - Invoice generation
- - Recurring entries
- - All Pro features
- - Pay once, use forever
- - Limited to first 1,000 customers
- - All Pro features
- - Unlimited organizations
- - Team member management
- - Role-based permissions
- - Team analytics
- - Priority support
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added for EU customers where applicable.
3. Professional Discount
Freelancers and businesses with a valid Tax ID or VAT number are eligible for a 20% discount on paid subscriptions. To receive this discount:
- Enter your Tax ID or VAT number during checkout
- The discount is applied automatically if the ID is valid
- You may be asked to provide documentation for verification
This discount applies to Pro and Team subscriptions, including monthly and yearly billing cycles.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you:
- Authorize us to charge the applicable fees
- Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method
- Agree to keep your payment information current
We do not store your full card number. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month. If the date doesn't exist in a month (e.g., 31st), billing occurs on the last day of that month.
Yearly subscriptions: Billed annually on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Lifetime Deal: A one-time payment with no recurring charges. Does not include future team features which remain subscription-based.
6. Plan Changes
Upgrading: When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new plan takes effect immediately.
Downgrading: When you downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period. The new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.
Seat changes (Team plan): Adding seats is charged prorated immediately. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free plan
- Your data is preserved (subject to Free plan limitations)
8. Refunds
General policy: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features for the time you've already paid for.
Exceptions: We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of:
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Duplicate charges
- Other exceptional circumstances
Lifetime Deal: The Lifetime Deal is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.

9. Free Trial
TeeckIn does not currently offer a free trial for paid plans. Instead, we provide a functional Free plan that allows you to evaluate the core features before upgrading.
10. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing. If we increase prices:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- New pricing applies at the start of your next billing cycle
- You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect
Lifetime Deal: Lifetime Deal holders are not affected by future price increases for the features included at the time of purchase.
11. Taxes
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) based on your location. EU customers will be charged VAT unless a valid VAT number is provided for B2B transactions.
You are responsible for any local taxes not collected by us. We will provide invoices that you can use for tax purposes.
12. Invoices
Invoices for paid subscriptions are available in your account settings. Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number and date
- Description of the service
- Amount paid (including any discounts)
- Applicable taxes
- Your billing information
Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment.
13. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Notify you via email
- Attempt to charge your payment method again
- Provide a grace period to update your payment information
If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan.
14. Consumer Rights (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that:
- The digital service begins immediately
- You waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started
You may still cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 7, but refunds are subject to our refund policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
