By accessing or using TeeckIn (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by TeeckIn ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

TeeckIn is a time tracking and billing application designed for freelancers, consultants, and teams. The Service allows users to:

• Track time spent on projects and tasks
• Organize work by categories, topics, and clients
• Generate invoices and manage billing
• View analytics and reports
• Collaborate with team members (Team plan)

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

TeeckIn offers different service plans with varying features and limitations:

• Free Plan: Up to 3 clients, 1 organization, 30-day history, 1 export per month. Invoice generation and recurring entries are not included.
• Pro Plan: Unlimited clients, up to 3 organizations, unlimited history, unlimited exports, invoice generation, and recurring entries.
• Team Plan: All Pro features plus unlimited organizations, team member management, role-based permissions, and team analytics.

Plan features and pricing may change. We will notify registered users of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not upload malicious code or content
• Not use the Service to violate any third party's rights
• Not resell, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to the Service

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by TeeckIn and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than operating the Service.

Data Location: Your data is hosted in Paris, France (European Union) and is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Right to access your personal data
• Right to rectify inaccurate data
• Right to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to export your data (data portability)
• Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

Key Points:

• Your data is encrypted in transit
• You can export all your data at any time
• You can delete your account and all associated data
• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers
• We use Stripe for payment processing (we never see your full card number)

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Unscheduled maintenance for critical updates
• Factors beyond our control (internet outages, third-party services)

TeeckIn supports offline use. Data entered offline will sync when connectivity is restored.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEECKIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeeckIn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery, then permanently deleted. You may export your data before termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
