- Are we spending more time on a specific project?
- How do summer months compare to winter for productivity?

Best Practices
Get the most value from team analytics:
Set consistent expectations
Agree as a team on how to categorize and tag work. Consistent data entry leads to more useful reports.
Review weekly
A quick weekly review of team time helps catch issues early - unbalanced workloads, neglected projects, or time tracking gaps.
Share insights, not surveillance
Use reports to celebrate achievements and improve processes, not to micromanage. Trust builds better teams than monitoring.
Export for stakeholders
Generate monthly or project-completion reports to share with clients or leadership. Clean exports make professional presentations.
