Account Settings

Manage your profile, security, and preferences in one place.

Overview

Your account settings control your personal information, security options, and app preferences. These settings are specific to your user account and apply across all billing entities you belong to.

Account Sections

Profile

Your name, email address, and avatar. This is how you appear to team members in shared billing entities.

Security

Password management and two-factor authentication. Keep your account protected.

Preferences

Notification settings, Quick Start pins, display options, and keyboard shortcuts.

Accessing Account Settings

To access your account settings:

  • Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  • Select Account from the dropdown menu
  • Or open Settings (the gear icon) and pick the Account group

Account vs Billing entity Settings

Settings is one overlay with groups — some are personal to you, others apply to the selected billing entity:

Account Settings

Personal to you. Your name, email, password, notifications. Applies everywhere you use TeeckIn.

Billing entity Settings

Shared with team. Billing entity name, members, billing, categories. Only visible to that billing entity.
