Partnership Terms
Version 2026-06-05
1. Eligibility & approval
The Partner Program is curated. You apply from your account; we review and may approve or decline at our discretion. Approval creates your partner account, a referral link, and a discount code.
2. Commission & referred discount
You earn 20% of each payment made by a referred subscription for 12 months from signup (rate may be set per partner). Referred users receive 20% off their first billing period. Only paid subscriptions earn commission; free plans never accrue.
3. Attribution
Attribution is established when a referred user completes checkout carrying your promotion code (first-touch — one partner per customer). Existing paying customers and self-referrals do not earn commission.
4. Hold period, clawback & payouts
Commissions are held for a period covering refunds/disputes before becoming payable. Refunds or chargebacks reverse the corresponding commission, including a clawback against future payouts if already paid. Payouts are made monthly once your balance clears the minimum threshold, to the payout method on file.
5. Tax responsibilities
You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax on your commission income in your own jurisdiction. Commissions are paid gross unless we are legally required to withhold. We collect tax/payout information and report only as the law requires. You must provide accurate tax/payout details (and, where applicable, a self-billing mandate and tax forms) before any payout.
6. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited and may lead to suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: self-referral or fake signups; spam; posting your code on coupon/deal sites (coupon-farming); bidding on TeeckIn brand terms or impersonating TeeckIn; and any misleading claims.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate a partner for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse; unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Either party may end the partnership at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes are versioned and you may be asked to re-accept. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
